Boo, I thought maybe you had some early snow.

I read that there are now 70 million evangelical Christians in the USA and that they have taken over the Republican party.

I guess the road to hell is getting wider each year.

I've also heard from a friend out west that those USA EC's are infiltrating Canada's west. Any measurements on just how wide that road is?

I guess Obama and McCain are going to be at Rick Warren's church soon. We Canadians miss so much of the fun eh? :geek:

They'll be at Rick Warren's church tonight. It's being televised on CNN starting at 8PM.............but I'm afraid that doesn't mean "Canadian News Network.

It seems a little like lack of faith. This is a political event that FOF is convinced is ungodly, yet they don't think god will stop it. They want it to be rained out, yet by the way the guy is talking they are not sure god will rain it out. Also if their version of god is that unpredictable( in regards to stopping ungodly things from happening) then why won't he simple cause Obama to lose? yet he does not do that because this guy is not sure his prayer for rain will be answered.

It seems that the goal of this announcement is to get interest from the consumers. His version of god will not stop the "wrong type" of political candidates or cause rain at a preferred time yet we know god is against all of these types of candidates. So what gives here?

I think it's a no brainer, literally. He thought he was being funny. It backfired. Yet, he's hoping those who don't know better, will still pray for rain and still vote for McCain.
